About the Role:

• Develop Python/Django code to support new modules and product features
• Explore and implement LLM frameworks and libraries
• Contribute to overall code design, introducing patterns and refactoring
• Optimize CI/CD processes and AWS CDK code
• Create custom client-facing and internal dashboards
• Evaluate performance, reliability, and consistency of LLMs
• Monitor and resolve issues using Sentry and other reporting tools

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Django and Python
• Proven track record of maintaining live applications in production environments
• Proficiency with Celery for task queue management
• Ability to write clean, readable, and efficient code
• Pragmatic problem-solving approach
• Strong commitment to writing comprehensive test coverage
• Solid understanding of software design principles

Nice to have:

• Experience working with LLMs
• General Machine Learning knowledge
• Familiarity with React for Frontend Development
• AWS solution architecture expertise
