Rust Engineer in POLAND

Our partner is hiring a Rust Engineer to contribute to the development of an innovative protocol upgrade utilizing cutting-edge consensus mechanisms.

This protocol enhancement will increase network security, enable safer cross-chain interactions, and lay the foundation for future scalability improvements.

In this Rust Engineer role, you'll collaborate with highly respected leaders in the blockchain space.

As a Rust Engineer, you will:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Rust code
• Work on complex protocol upgrades.
• Implement consensus mechanisms
• Maintain network stability.

The successful Rut Engineer will have the following skills and experiences:

• Experience working on blockchain protocols
• Proficiency in Rust
• Familiarity with consensus mechanisms
• Understanding of proof of stake and/or proof of work

This is a fully remote role across Europe and you must have full right to work in your desired European location.

This position pays a salary of up to $160k, plus generous token incentives and benefits.
