What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Write advanced SQL queries to work efficiently with databases and optimize performance.
• Analyze large datasets to develop insights and recommendations for improving game performance.
• Create impactful reports and dashboards using visualization tools like Looker
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, game designers, game developers) to enhance the player experience through analytical insights.

What are we looking for?

• At least 1+ year of experience in the mobile game or mobile app industry.
• Proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms for creating reports.
• Familiarity with DBT Core (or Cloud) for data transformation and modeling.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow for managing workflows and data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of game analytics metrics and concepts, including retention, monetization, churn, and lifetime value (LTV).
