We are seeking professionals for various engineering roles across domains, with keywords such as Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, Switchgear Design, Data Centers, E-Plan, Project Management, Lead Engineering, and Busbar Systems. While candidates don’t need expertise in all areas, we wish that you have good technical knowledge in at least one or more of these specialties.
This opportunity is based in the Netherlands, but candidates do not need to currently reside here, or speak Dutch. We offer comprehensive support with relocation, including guidance and assistance for a smooth transition.

Do you have experience in any of the following?
Low Voltage & Medium Voltage
- Design, develop, and maintain LV and MV electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct system analysis and testing to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical distribution networks.
Switchgear Design
- Develop and customize switchgear systems based on client specifications.
- Utilize advanced tools and software for 3D modeling and design.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, including IEC, ANSI, or local regulations.
E-Plan Design
- Create detailed electrical schematics and layouts using E-Plan software.
- Ensure accurate documentation for electrical circuits, wiring, and control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with project objectives.
Project Management
- Oversee the execution of electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams for seamless delivery.
Technical Project Management
- Project Management on the technical side of the projects.
- Close collaboration with other engineering teams.
- Design reviews/inputs.
- Contact with Stakeholders and factories etc.
Busbar Design
- Design and assemble busbar systems for LV/MV switchgear applications.
- Conduct thermal and electrical performance analysis to ensure reliability.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. National Diploma / MBO is also accepted for certain positions.
- Proven experience in one or more of the above roles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Project management experience is a plus for managerial roles.
