Product Owner in EUROPEAN UNION

Our client, a white label casino operator, is searching for a skilled and driven Product Owner to join their rapidly growing global team. As they prepare for an exciting launch in early Q1, this role will be pivotal in shaping the development of their online casino brand from the ground up.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and influence the product’s direction in a dynamic, fully remote environment, all with the goal of delivering an exceptional gaming experience for players.

Responsibilities

• To define a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, overseeing end-to-end product development, and maintain and prioritise the product backlog based on market analysis and stakeholder input.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and fostering a creative, collaborative environment that emphasises an intuitive, user-centred experience.
• Monitor the iGaming market, staying up-to-date on competitor products, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide product decisions.
• Coordinate and managing product release plans to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Track and analyse KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to address challenges in product development and delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience in the iGaming industry, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner, including end-to-end product development on the operator side.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to gather requirements effectively and convey technical information.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and support developers empathetically.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify various scenarios and potential improvements.
• Strong track record in writing clear documentation and task specifications in JIRA.
