We're partnering with a fast-growing MedTech SaaS company that's transforming healthcare through AI-powered software. Their platform helps healthcare providers streamline clinical and operational workflows using intelligent automation and machine learning, improving outcomes for both clinicians and patients.

As the business continues to scale, they're looking for an AI Product Owner to lead the delivery of AI-enabled products from concept through to launch. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design, ensuring teams are building solutions that solve real customer problems while delivering measurable business value.

This is an opportunity to own a strategic product area, shape the AI roadmap, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative healthcare solutions to market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and prioritise the product backlog for AI-powered products and features.
• Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical opportunities into clear user stories and product requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Machine Learning, and Design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define product goals, success metrics, and release priorities.
• Collaborate with healthcare customers and internal stakeholders to validate ideas and gather feedback.
• Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Analyse product performance and user behaviour to continuously improve outcomes.
• Ensure AI capabilities are delivered responsibly, balancing usability, performance, compliance, and business impact.

• Help shape the long-term AI product strategy alongside senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Commercial experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or similar role.
• Experience delivering software products within SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development practices.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams delivering AI, data, or cloud-based products.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics to guide decision-making.
• Passion for building products that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, or Generative AI products.
• Understanding of healthcare technology or regulated software environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR or HL7.
