What You'll Do:

• Design infrastructure that's resilient and can handle rapid growth.
• Build out cool new features and level up the platform.
• Refine the testing architecture (we know, fun stuff!) and suggest improvements.
• Mentor the junior devs and help them make smart, solid tech decisions.
• Take ownership of key areas over time and make them your own!

What You Need:

• 7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience (plus front-end magic like CSS, HTML, and JavaScript).
• A mind that loves diving into systems, spotting what's off, and making them run smoother!
• Communication skills that can simplify the complex and inspire your team.
• Confidence to experiment and find killer solutions to tricky problems.
• A love for best practices – you don’t cut corners!
