We’re hiring: Performance Testing Expert Architect
- FULLY REMOTE in Europe (maximum 2 hours time difference from Cyprus) - the company sponsor visa for those who live and would like to relocate to our HQs in Limassol, Cyprus
- 5+ years of experience working in Performance Testing.
- Building performance tests using K6 (JavaScript/TypeScript)
Senior profiles - Up to 78,000 EUR Gross/Year
Expert Architect - Up to 90,000 EUR Gross/Year (for exceptional profiles)

As a Performance Testing Expert Architect, you’ll own and evolve the performance testing strategy across multiple systems, build scalable test frameworks, and work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure services remain fast, stable, and reliable under real-world load.
What you’ll be working on:
- Defining performance testing strategy (load / stress / soak)
- Building performance tests using K6 (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Performance testing APIs and microservices (REST / GraphQL)
- Analysing results with tools like Grafana / Prometheus
- Embedding performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshooting bottlenecks together with developers and platform teams
- Mentoring others and helping raise performance engineering standards

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in QA (with 2+ years in performance testing)
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Solid understanding of backend systems, microservices, and APIs
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and modern delivery pipelines
- Comfortable translating metrics into action and improvement
Nice to have: gRPC/WebSockets testing, JVM tuning, DB optimisation, tracing tools (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger)
