Position: Data Engineer

Salary: CAD $90,000 to $100,000

Your Team: As part of our elite MongoDB and Kafka squad, you’ll tackle tech challenges that stretch across the globe and across industries. We're a melting pot of sharp minds that thrive on collaboration and strong communication, delivering results that matter.

The Role:

• Master agile methodologies to build data solutions that scale.
• Enhance and expand MongoDB databases and Kafka Clusters, venturing into diverse database environments as needed.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle – from proof-of-concept to deployment and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and fortify infrastructures for peak stability and scalability.
• Execute DBA functions like schema updates, performance optimization, and recovery operations.
• Innovate with development tools tailored for KAFKA and MongoDB.
• Safeguard database integrity with rigorous security and standards adherence.

What You Need:

• 3-5 years' experience wielding Python.
• Solid know-how in MongoDB and KAFKA.
• Familiarity with other databases, agile workflows, and DevOps enhance your candidacy.
• Proficiency in version control, especially with Git.
