Responsibilities
Develop robust ETL pipelines and manage databases to ensure seamless and efficient data flow. Implement and optimize data processing workflows to support accurate and timely data integration for analytical purposes.
Create comprehensive data models and engineering pipelines tailored to business needs. Establish rigorous data quality standards and validation processes to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the data.
Utilize a range of data sources and investigative techniques to discover and profile new non-compliant user groups. Analyze various databases and datasets to uncover patterns and trends indicative of piracy or misuse.
Conduct thorough advanced analysis of non-compliant user data to generate actionable insights. Provide recommendations for targeted strategies and interventions to effectively address and convert these users.
Improve and optimize the existing data infrastructure to facilitate the deployment and management of automated campaigns.
Ensure that the data stack supports efficient and effective targeting and communication with non-compliant users.
Continuously enhance the data architecture and infrastructure to improve the performance and scalability of automated campaign operations. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline and boost the efficiency of campaign execution.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in an analytic engineer role.
Solid working experience in Python, SQL (advanced), and Spark.
Good working knowledge of using AWS, Airflow, GIT, Snowflake, and DBT, along with familiarity with Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics.
Knowledge in data science, ML, or MLOps is a plus.
A proven track record of decision-making and problem solving based on analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation.
Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity. You should be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal,l and negotiation.
Self-starter and adaptable. You’re energized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong skills in BI tools and Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
