Position Overview: Senior NLP Engineer (LLM Specialist)
We are looking for an experienced Senior NLP Engineer with expertise in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art NLP models. You’ll work on advanced LLM fine-tuning, performance optimization, and developing tailored solutions that address our clients' unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and implement NLP models using state-of-the-art techniques, including LLM fine-tuning and hybrid approaches.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in NLP models.
- Develop tools and processes to monitor and analyze model performance and ensure data accuracy.
- Translate business needs into actionable model requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or NLP-focused roles.
- Expertise in fine-tuning large language models (7B+ parameters) using tools like DeepSpeed or FSDP.
- Strong understanding of transformers, deep learning algorithms, and parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods (e.g., LoRA).
- Experience with intent recognition, named entity recognition, and NLU tasks.
- Proficiency in writing production-ready code (Git, CI/CD, linters, tests, etc.).
- Familiarity with data labeling processes (e.g., assessors or LLM-based).
- Experience deploying NLP models into production environments (containerization, API development, scalability) is a plus.
- Leadership skills, including mentoring and technical guidance, are an advantage.
