🌳Lead BI Developer - Mortgage Lending Company - Fully Remote - £70-90k🌳

Areti have partnered with a leading Mortgage business who are looking for an individual to lead the ongoing design and development of the data warehouse and associated data analysis systems. Using their detailed understanding of the mortgage lending industry.

• Role: Lead Business Intelligence Developer
• Salary: £70 - 90k
• Location: Fully remote

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Experienced of working with UK mortgage data including on and offboarding of loan portfolios, new lending and securitisations.
• Significant IT experience and data warehouse development incorporating:

1. Microsoft SQL Server
2. T-SQL
3. Power BI
4. SSRS, SSIS & SSAS
5. Azure Dev Ops
6. Performance tuning

• Deep hands-on understanding of SQL Server and data warehouse methodologies/practices.
• Demonstrable experience of working with the Kimball methodology.
• Understanding of the software development life-cycle including QA standards.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret business requirements accurately.
• Experience of working in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of the full lifecycle of mortgage data from enquiry to redemption and how it is used within a mortgage company.
• Experience of the financial services industry and supporting regulations including Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly, training will be given as appropriate.
