What We're Looking For

  • Experience in 1st or 2nd Line Technical Support, Application Support, API Support or Integration Support.
  • Experience working with REST APIs in a support or integrations environment.
  • Experience supporting customers, connectivity partners or internal technical teams.
  • Understanding of HTTP, JSON and API authentication.
