About the role

As the Data Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making for the organization. By implementing web3 and on-chain data tooling and pipelines, you will support cross-functional teams in collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to drive business growth.

Responsibility

• Design, implement, and maintain data analytics platforms, dashboards, and customized datasets to guide the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective analytics reports and visualizations
• Perform recurrent market data analysis to identify growth opportunities and weaknesses
• Provide data guidance in ad-hoc analysis and intelligence collection to support marketing campaigns and new initiatives vital for business growth

Ideal candidates must have

• Graduate degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, business, or other quantitative fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence reporting
• Experience and/or strong interest in Blockchain and Web3 products with a fundamental understanding of Blockchain data and smart contracts (Solidity)
• Proficient in writing complex SQL and business data logic
• Solid understanding of database, big data, and data modeling concepts
• Experience with BI tools and/or blockchain data tooling (e.g., BigQuery, Colab, Looker, Tableau, Posthog, Google Analytics, Dune Analytics, Covalent, The Graph, Sentio)
• Ability to develop end-to-end automated solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment

Good to have

• Experience in setting up data pipelines and tooling from scratch particularly web3/blockchain-focused data stacks
