Job Responsibilities

• Product Planning & Core Design

Take charge of the overall planning and iteration of full-category CFD trading products covering forex, indices, commodities, and stock CFDs. Lead the design of core trading modules including leverage, margin, spread, overnight swap, forced liquidation mechanism, stop-loss/take-profit, profit and loss calculation, and corporate action adjustments. Master global CFD trading rules, order matching logic, trading sessions, fee structures and risk control mechanisms. Independently deliver PRDs, prototypes, calculation formulas, exception handling strategies and backend configuration solutions, and continuously optimize the full-link trading experience and user risk reminder system.

• Market Research & Product Strategy

Continuously track global CFD industry trends, user demands, and product systems, risk control strategies and operational models of leading platforms (IG, IBKR, Plus500, etc.). Propose product optimization and innovative solutions based on user feedback and data analysis to improve trading conversion rate, user retention and core product competitiveness. Explore and implement AI application scenarios in financial trading, user education, intelligent risk control and operational efficiency improvement.

• Full-cycle Project Delivery & Iteration

Manage the full product lifecycle including demand research, solution design, review & development, testing & acceptance, launch and post-review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, UI/UX, risk control, compliance and operation to ensure stable, compliant and high-quality product delivery, and iteratively optimize trading experience and system stability.

• Cross-team Collaboration & Execution

Align product strategies with business objectives and compliance & risk control requirements. Efficiently cooperate with internal teams to drive requirement implementation, clarify product decisions and solution trade-offs, and assist the team in improving overall product delivery efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in internet product management, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in CFD / cross-border brokerage trading product development and in-depth understanding of full-category CFD business, core trading and risk control modules.
• Proven experience in full-cycle financial trading product development, including end-to-end product planning, launch and continuous iteration with mature project delivery cases.
• Possess strong logical thinking and structured expression capabilities, able to independently complete product design and data analysis for complex trading and risk control scenarios.
• Proficient in using AI tools to assist competitor analysis, demand sorting, PRD writing and data analysis. Understand the application boundaries of AI in financial scenarios with solid awareness of compliance and data information security.
• Candidates with good English communication skills, finance/computer-related academic background, familiarity with cross-border multi-jurisdictional compliance rules or relevant financial professional certifications are preferred.
