Data Analyst in UKRAINE

We are looking for person who is passionate about Data Analysis and Consolidation and wants to build a career in the big company in the FMCG industry.

Requirements:

• A professional with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, focused on creating innovative solutions for complex challenges.
• Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation, essential for collaborating effectively with business and market stakeholders.
• Capable of aligning data content with business objectives and requirements.
• An expert in Big Data management, including syndicated market data and reporting.
• Advanced in Excel and Power BI, familiar with tools such as Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, and GfK (basic SQL knowledge is a plus).
• A marketing background will be a plus;
• Residence in the territory of Ukraine;
• Confident in English, both written and spoken, at an advanced level.

Duties:

• Oversee monthly data collection and reporting, ensuring alignment with data standards, business needs, quality controls, and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with both internal and external data stakeholders to stay informed about evolving business requirements and adjust data content accordingly.
• Track and report on service performance using metrics to ensure compliance with standards and principles.
• Perform data mapping, consolidate and transform data into cohesive datasets in line with reporting standards and business needs, utilizing available technical and automation tools.
• Document and communicate data standards to support consistent and optimized data management practices.
• Continuously refine processes for managing data throughout its lifecycle, ensuring data management and governance activities are operationalized.
