Job Description
Our Customer is a leading global provider of cutting-edge payments technology solutions, dedicated to shaping the future of financial transactions worldwide. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we connect consumers, businesses, financial institutions, and governments in over 200 countries and territories through our advanced processing networks.
Currently we are looking for Senior Full Stack Developers within JAVA technology experienced in building Front End and Back End working in Agile environment.
This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring attendance at the customer's office in Warsaw twice a week for team relationship-building purposes.
Due to the nature of our work in the financial market, candidates will be subject to detailed background screening including education, employment history, and criminal record.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools development, automation (CI/CD, Auto Deployment, System Availability, etc.).
- Must have a solid understanding of latest backend technologies like gPRC, REST, JSON and other relevant API standards like OAuth, SAML.
- Extensive technical experience with full stack HTTP, JAVA REST APIs, databases, Java frameworks at scale. goLang app development is an added bonus.
- Experience with distributed async event streaming platform especially Kafka
- Experience with both NoSQL and SQL datastores including Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB. Graph DB, especially neo4J experience is an added bonus.
- Experience with large-scale active-active systems environments managed through Kubernetes and container (Docker) technologies
- Extended experience in Agile Release Management practices, governance, and planning.
- Strong ability to build and sustain working and strategic relationships across technology.
- Experience within container space, understands and able to quickly build and drive team to support future systems.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to ensure quality of deliverables by participating in testing activities
- Must have experience in debugging and troubleshooting in Linux/Unix/Container based application servers such as Tomcat, VertX, WebSphere, Docker, Kubernetes environments.
- Good to have experience setting up test setup and strategy in cloud infrastructure & technologies.
