We are looking for a talented and creative UI / Web Designer with advanced Figma skills and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles. Your mission will be to design playful, vibrant, and jaw-dropping front-end experiences that captivate and engage visitors. This position offers flexibility with remote work and potential relocation opportunities to our offices in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and prototype modern, responsive web interfaces using Figma, with a strong focus on a mobile-first approach that seamlessly scales and adapts to larger screens, ensuring an optimal user experience across devices from smartphones to desktops
• Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and usability best practices.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and refine design solutions.
• Create and maintain a consistent design system and reusable components.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and graphic designers to transform theme-based branding concepts into pixel-perfect, interactive user experiences that align with business objectives and create visually compelling web designs.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in UI/Web design or a similar role.
Technical skills:
• Highly skilled in Figma, with extensive experience in creating advanced prototypes and comprehensive design systems.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaboration and Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey design ideas and rationale.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
• A basic understanding of front-end development principles, along with familiarity with HTML and CSS, is a valuable asset to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with developers.
