What will you do:
- Own and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer need
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to bring products to market and optimize for impact.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Define detailed product specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Monitor key metrics such as product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvements.
- Communicate product vision and updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
About you:
- 🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 🤝 Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle and launching impactful products.
- 🗣️ Communication: excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams. Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- 🛠️ Tools: hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Strong analytical mindset with experience using SQL and data tools (e.g., PowerBi, Pendo) to inform decisions.
- 🌍 Language Skills: You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
