What You’ll Do
As a Product Designer with Motion Design Expertise, you will play a key role in shaping the future of commerce through intuitive and engaging product experiences. You’ll work on our flagship products, starting with a Chrome extension, expanding to a web application, and later contributing to a mobile app.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create seamless, user-centric designs that redefine how sellers engage with e-commerce tools.
- Designing and prototyping engaging user interfaces for Chrome extension and web platforms, ensuring usability and scalability.
- Leading motion design efforts, crafting animations, micro-interactions, and transitions that bring our products to life.
- Developing consistent cross-platform design systems to unify the user experience across web, Chrome, and mobile applications.
- Conducting user research and usability testing to refine designs based on data and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a forward-thinking designer passionate about creating innovative and impactful user experiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or Interaction Designer, with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX and motion design work.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience with motion design tools like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie.
- Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
- Ability to prototype and deliver polished animations for Chrome extensions, web, and mobile platforms.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to collaborate across multilingual teams.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience designing browser extensions or web-based applications.
- Background in e-commerce or SaaS design.
- Familiarity with global commerce trends and cross-cultural design considerations.
