Position: DevOps Engineer (Team Lead)

• Lead DevOps initiatives while mentoring and inspiring a talented team.
• Form part of a reputable iGaming organization

Salary: Depends on Experience

Work Setting: 100% Remote (B2B)

Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
• Automate processes and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.
• Lead the team in optimizing container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, set up alert systems, and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to other team members on best DevOps practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience within the iGaming and gambling industry is a must.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Oracle.
• Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for container management.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, Java, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK.
• Proven ability to work in an agile environment with strong problem-solving skills.
