Position Overview:
As an NLP Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our client’s AI chatbot capabilities by designing, building, and refining NLP models. You will collaborate with a passionate team of AI experts to improve the chatbot’s understanding and response to natural language, pushing the boundaries of AI-powered conversations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models for tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
- Improve and optimize the existing NLP frameworks to enhance performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Work closely with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate NLP models into production systems.
- Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in NLP and apply these insights to the development process.
- Optimize chatbot algorithms to handle large-scale data and real-time user interactions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve NLP models to meet performance benchmarks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in NLP, with hands-on expertise in libraries such as Hugging Face, spaCy, or TensorFlow.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning models, transformers, and language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
- Proven experience deploying NLP models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python (additional languages like Java or C++ are a bonus).
- A strong passion for NLP, AI, and solving complex problems.
