Country - Develiery Head / IT Services in MEXICO

Our client who is a International IT Services Company is looking for a Country/Delivery Head to manage their Operations in Mexico, this is a full-time remote role to work from anywhere in Mexico for a multicultural project with stability and growth in the short, medium and long term.

Essentials Skills: 

As a Country-Delivery Head / IT Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT services operations in the country, including managing the IT infrastructure, implementing IT policies and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and work towards achieving the company's IT goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role in IT services or a similar field for global IT companies with a workforce range of +5k employees.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of App Dev, Infrastructure and operations.
• Involving Product Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
