As we expand, we invite you to join our team as a Bilingual Level 2 (L2) Linux Administrator in a remote role.
About the Role: You will ensure the continuity and viability of the platform for clients in the US and Europe, managing Linux systems, connectivity, device integration, real-time video transmission, and infrastructure. You will also serve as an escalation point and handle new client onboarding.

About Your Profile:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Linux Sysadmin/Administrator/Engineer.
- Advanced conversational English proficiency. Experience in medical technology companies, hospitals, or medical services is highly desirable.
- 4–5 years of experience as a Level 2 (N2) Linux Sysadmin: installation, configuration, patch management, system hardening, support, authentication, and troubleshooting (Debian, Ubuntu/Linux Mint, RHEL), as well as scripting with Bash, Python, or Ansible.
- 4–5 years of experience managing containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or OpenShift).
- 3–4 years of solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, SSH, DNS, routing, switching (VLAN, QoS), and firewalls (policy configuration, NAT, VPN, SSL/TLS certificates).
- 3–4 years of experience managing real-time media transmission using WebRTC/RTP (audio and video), addressing network latency, packet loss, jitter, bandwidth, and QoS prioritization for video traffic.
- 4–5 years of experience in monitoring and observability using tools such as Dynatrace, Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or Elastic; includes alert management and reporting (dashboards and continuous improvement).
- Availability to assist with new client onboarding, including tasks such as network configuration, security (firewalls), and video/audio streaming setup.
- Technical documentation and operations based on ITIL best practices.
