Role and responsibilities

• Manage user identity and roles.
• Design and implement Microsoft 365 services
• Support: action all internal IT requests from our staff and minimise impact or interruption of their activity
• Manage Access and Authentication
• Implement Microsoft 365 security and thread management
• Manage Microsoft 365 governance and compliance
• Atlas Release Management
• Customer content migration activities
• Conduct meetings internally or with the client and make technical recommendations to provide expert level guidance contributing to their continued success with Atlas.
• Help and drive the customers’ adoption and change management activities by providing guidance and regular follow-ups on progress.

Experience skills and experience

• Degree preferred.
• You have at least basic and relevant experience with: Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune Administration , Microsoft Entra Administration , Microsoft 365 Security and Microsoft Azure – basic knowledge on main services like (Search, App Service, Application Insights, Azure Open AI, Function Ap, Log Analytics, App Service Plan, Redis, Key Vault, Azure SQL)
• You are interested in development and have basic skills in and understanding of Shell Scripting Tools like PowerShell, Azure CLI and PNP (no direct need to write the scripts but you need to be able to understand and identify possible failures during execution)
• You are a driven, self-starter, enthusiastic and with an “ownership” mentality.
• You have excellent presentation and communication skills.
• You can remain focused, prioritise, and drive action in a dynamic but fully remote environment.
• You are comfortable working from home with an international team with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• You are versatile, autonomous, assertive, an excellent listener, customer-oriented, and a team player.
