As a Bid Manager at Telent, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and managing high-quality bids across our Network Services portfolio, supporting opportunities across sectors such as education, government, blue light, defence and rail. You’ll manage the end-to-end bid process, working closely with the Sales team, Subject Matter Experts, Commercial Leads and Technical Leads to help review and shape compelling written and financial submissions.

- Support bids across a broad range of Network Services opportunities, including networks, cloud, infrastructure, CCTV upgrades, WAN and SD-WAN solutions (technology solutions).
- Monitor bid progress, coordinate reviews and make sure key actions, decisions and changes are clearly captured.
- Promote continuous improvement across bids and proposals, sharing lessons learned and supporting stronger bid outcomes.
- Support post-submission activity, including bid presentations, win and loss reviews and recommendations for improvement.
You’ll be an organised, detail-focused Bid Manager who enjoys bringing people, information and timelines together to deliver high-quality submissions. You’ll be confident working with stakeholders across sales, commercial, technical and operational teams, and able to turn complex customer requirements into a clear, structured bid approach.
