Marketing Director in CANADA

Salary Details: 140k CAD to 150k CAD per year

Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional to join our fast-growing SaaS Big Data Company as a Director of Marketing. If you are passionate about marketing and demand generation and have experience managing and leading marketing teams with a track record of delivering double-digit revenue increases over the past four years then we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for the following in this role:

• Execute a marketing strategy to meet company goals and sharpen our competitive positioning
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
• Drive demand and lead generation activities to support revenue growth and performance metrics
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms which include but are not limited to organic LinkedIn campaigns, social media, email, and digital content creation
• Oversee the hiring and management of freelancers, agencies, and other external partners to support marketing initiatives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will demonstrate these skills and experiences:

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience as a Director or Manager (Real Estate or SaaS marketing experience is a plus)
• Proven experience in trade show strategizing and management, sales event planning, or related roles.
• Demonstrated career growth in marketing with longevity with prior companies
• Experience in hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching multinational team members and agencies
• First-hand experience with demand generation and development of all marketing channels
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results, excellent data fluency
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A deep understanding of modern marketing practices and a strong point of view on aesthetics and brand
• Experience and ability to manage agencies and vendors is required
