What Your Days Look Like

• High-volume creation. A steady stream of static graphics, carousels, and short-form videos across a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Fast context switching. Writing for a tech firm on LinkedIn one hour, designing Instagram Reels for a boutique fitness brand the next. Variety is the job.
• Precision at scale. You'll follow brand guidelines and content briefs to the letter. Getting the details right, every time, is our bread and butter.
• Real independence. We don't micromanage. You own your schedule and your deadlines—as long as you're a clear communicator and you deliver, the rest is yours.
• Quick iteration. You take feedback in stride and turn refinements around fast, so every post ships client-ready.

What You Bring

• Canva mastery. You know every shortcut, frame, and video feature cold. You work fast without cutting corners.
• Strong video chops. You're confident producing Reels and short-form video—Canva, CapCut, whatever your weapon of choice. You know exactly what makes someone stop scrolling.
• Sharp writing. Punchy, on-brand captions that sound human—never AI-generated.
• Organized and unflappable. Managing 10+ client accounts energizes you; it doesn't overwhelm you.
• Trend-aware, but strategic. You know what's hot today, and you know when to use it versus when to serve the client's actual goals.
