Senior Human Resources Officer - C&B in HONG KONG SAR

Our client, an Apparel Fashions sourcing office, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer with expertise in Compensation and Benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and revise policies concerning compensation and benefits, ensuring they align with organizational values and comply with legal requirements.
  • Manage the design and implementation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage monthly payroll, final settlements, and tax administration. Supply HR-related data to the Finance department for provisions, forecasts, and budgeting, ensuring precise financial planning for compensation and benefits.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management and reporting capabilities, ie. E-leave system, payroll, Performance Management
  • Perform regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure that compensation and benefits programs stay competitive and compliant.
  • Oversee expatriate mobility assignments, including relocation support, allowances, and tax management.
  • Evaluate compensation data and metrics to identify trends and provide informed recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related DISCIPLINE
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR compensation and benefits.
  • Good knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and relevant labor laws.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Good team player, self-motivated attitude, work independently
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Asia regional HR exposures or multinational companies experience would be preferable
