Role: Systems Administrator.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing and overseeing all systems, software, and hardware provisioning and support, for both internal employees and external customers.
  • Onboarding employees and customers, installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes to maintain high levels of system availability.
  • Manage network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, and monitor network performance to detect potential weaknesses.
  • Enforce security protocols, conduct HECVAT assessments, secure SOC-II compliance, and implement robust malware protection measures.
  • Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting to resolve internal and external IT issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the RFP process, complete security and compliance assessments, and ensure the IT infrastructure supports organizational objectives.
  • Automate identity and access management controls, and set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords to secure access to network resources.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and technical specifications for IT infrastructure planning, upgrades, and troubleshooting.


What We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with a proven track record in IT administration, particularly for remote software companies.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience conducting security assessments, managing RFP processes, and maintaining effective vendor relationships, including securing SOC-II compliance.
  • Expertise in identity and access management technologies such as SAML, SSO, OAuth, and SCIM, with a strong focus on implementing zero-trust architectures.
  • Proficient in the Modern Apple & Microsoft Ecosystem, including ABM, MDM, DEP, and VPP, and experienced with cloud-first strategies and SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Atlassian, Office 365, Okta, Zoom, Rippling, and Slack.
  • Strong technical foundation in networking, cloud security practices, Unix/Linux OS administration, and enterprise-level network administration.
  • Skilled in programming for automation and scripting, with proficiency in command-line operations and SCIM implementations.
  • Passionate about automation, workflow optimization, and keeping abreast of the latest IT trends, including IoT and home automation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language and solve problems effectively.
