DevOps Engineer in EUROPEAN UNION

Senior Devops Engineer - FinTech – Fully remote in Europe – Up to £100,000

I am currently working with an exciting London based FinTech scaleup who are to hire there first Devops engineer to help scale out their current infrastructure environment.

Having initially launched 2 years ago with a small tech team they have begun to scale their internal team currently consisting of 15 employees with 5 in the tech team currently. This is likely to be a team of 12 by the end of Q1 2025.

Role

As a Senior Devops Engineer you will be working on the core platform, setting up and building out the cloud network and be well versed in AWS, VPC’s Kubernetes terraform and an individual who has previously written production level code.

With the business solving the complex issues around finance initiatives in the US, they are looking for an individual who has scaled complex applications that are dealing with large and complex datasets..

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or STEM related subject
• 4-5+ years commercial experience
• AWS experience including setting up network cloud security
• CI/CD experience
• Terraform and Kubernetes experience
• Experience building out from scratch and at scale in a startup environment

Benefits

On offer is a salary between £80,000 - £100,000 with the opportunity to work fully remotely in Europe..

The client are looking for an individual to start this side of Christmas and have a 2 stage interview process with interviews taking place next week.
