Job Responsibilities:

1 - Overseas Advertising and Optimization:

• Responsible for advertising and optimization of the company's app across various media channels overseas, including but not limited to Google, Meta, Kwai, TikTok, mobile DSP ad networks, etc.
• Continuously optimize ad accounts according to KPI targets, allocate budgets reasonably, control costs, improve performance, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.

2 - Data Analysis and Monitoring:

• Regularly conduct data analysis and monitor ad performance in real-time, identifying potential issues and opportunities.
• Adjust promotion strategies based on analysis results to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of ad placements.

3 - Creative Development and Optimization:

• Develop and optimize ad creative strategies, producing high-quality creative copy and materials.
• Summarize and refine creative methodologies to improve overall creative effectiveness and ad quality.

4 - Competitor Analysis and Strategy Optimization:

• Monitor and research competitors' advertising strategies, collect and analyze competitors' ad data.
• Continuously optimize promotion strategies based on market dynamics and competitor trends to maintain market competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

1 - Industry Experience:

Familiar with mainstream overseas media such as Facebook and Google, with more than 2 years of experience in overseas app advertising, especially in Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa markets.

2 - Data Skills:

Data-sensitive with excellent data analysis skills, capable of extracting actionable optimization suggestions from data.

3 - Execution and Learning Ability:

Strong learning ability and execution, able to efficiently organize work plans to ensure timely task completion.

4 - Software Skills:

Proficient in Excel, PPT, and other office software, capable of effectively handling and presenting data.

5 - Language Skills:

English proficiency close to native level.

6 - Relocation

Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
