Junior SharePoint Developer in LATIN AMERICA

We are seeking a Junior SharePoint Developer with a strong background in custom web part development to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on the SharePoint platform, bringing innovative ideas to life while enhancing the user experience. If you have experience with Power Apps, that's a huge plus! This is a fully remote position, with an opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom web parts, workflows, and forms on the SharePoint platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Customize and extend SharePoint features using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and C#.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint applications and custom web parts.
  • Implement security policies and manage permissions to ensure data protection and compliance.
  • Stay updated on the latest SharePoint features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development, with a focus on custom web part development.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), C#, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
  • Proficient in integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services like Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, or SharePoint 2016.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and CSOM for developing client-side solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath for creating workflows and forms.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions, security, and governance best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control and project management.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
