My client is looking for a QA Manager for a pivitol role based in Brussels .
Tasks
Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures.
Provision of quality plans and service level agreements.
IS Quality control and evaluation.
Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects.
Definition, elaboration, management and reporting of quality tests.
Advice on quality improvements.
Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology.
Coordination of test campaigns.
Specific expertise
Ability to understand, speak and write French and English (C1 level for both)
Over 15 years of proven experience in designing and implementing quality assurance processes and testing strategies on large scale solutions.
Over 15 years of proven experience in organizing large testing teams, coaching teams on agile practices, test automation, and continuous quality improvement.
In-depth knowledge of CMMi/TMMi standards, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Proven experience in creating and implementing test automation frameworks, using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium.
Concrete experience in defining and implementing testing strategies for large ServiceNow implementations, including Test automation.
Experience in setting up CI process with DevOps team and regression test processes. Excellent knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns on ServiceNow platform
Excellent knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components.
Experience in Web security, authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect).
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
