Position: Snowflake Engineer

Location: Oslo (hybrid)

About the Role

As a Snowflake Database Administrator with strong Data Engineering/Modelling skills, you’ll work within a collaborative, flat-structured department far along in its modernisation journey, leveraging a leading tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Snowflake compute, storage, and performance
• Build physical tables from logical models, define key administrative tasks
• Implement data governance, security, and access control
• Optimise SQL and performance tuning, with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure experience a plus

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Snowflake Admin experience in medium/large environments
• Expertise in Snowflake governance, security, and performance
• Strong data modelling knowledge; Snowflake certifications advantageous
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Data/Technology preferred but not essential
