Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Product Management Trainer at Trevotech Academy. The Product Management Trainer will be responsible for conducting product training sessions, utilizing strong presentation and analytical skills, and developing effective communication strategies.

Classes will be held fully remotely on Saturdays and Sundays alone for 3 hours daily (3pm -6pm Lagos time).

The role involves training and development activities to prepare individuals for careers in the tech industry with or without programming background.

Qualifications

• At Least a Bachelor's degree in any Discipline
• At least 3 Years of working experience as an Agile Product Manager in the Tech Industry which strong knowledge of scrum processes.
• At least 1 year of Teaching, Training and mentorship experience
• Experience with all the stages of PRODUCT LIFECYCLE
• Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience with using Core Product management and Project management tools like JIRA, CONFLUENCE, Google Suites, Figma, Slack, Analytical Skills
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
• Knowledge of product management concepts and practices
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles
• Experience in the tech industry is a MUST
