Project Engineer in SAUDI ARABIA

Key Responsibility :

· Interface with end client as a front-end from Obvious Technologies. This will include to understand the client requirements and provide them proper guidance to implement the system.

· Gathering technical requirement on project i-e integration between systems (ICD) and functionality to be performed on the system (LLD/FDS)

· Defining tasks and providing schedule on projects to Client and Reporting manager within Obvious.

· Deploying and Managing all the technical tasks including installation of backup end and front end of OODA suites.

· Deploying and Managing all the OS (base platform) tasks required for the installation of OODA suites.

· Commissioning projects as per scope of work defined. This includes all the features available within OODA suites

· Reporting to designated reporting manager & customer with all the required project updates.

· Communicating with technical people for commissioning and programming.

· Preparing all the commissioning documentation required for the project sign-off.

· Updating all the technical and functional documentation for OODA products.

· Maintaining sites for preventive work under SLAs and technical support with customers.

· Working with presales team and Proof-Of-Concept when and where required.

· The current required to stay in NEOM to deliver and maintain the projects (C2, OXAGON and Sindalah). However, flexible for relocation within region for project commissioning when required.

Skills and Experience Requirement :

· Higher Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, and Communication.

· Should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

· Good experience in the management of data center operations, cloud deployments, networks, and systems. Understanding of command and control centers processes and SOPs will be a plus.

· Knowledge of PSIM for control room operations and incident management.

· Excellent in Operating Systems (Linux and Windows) and related key technologies i-e Active Directly, IIS, windows clustering, Apache server, Microservices, containers based applications, Kubernetes, Kabana and others.

· Strong knowledge of Databases (relational and non-relational).

· Knowledge of system architectures. Hands on experience to deploy windows and linux services for failover and high availability scenarios.

· Knowledge of LAN and WAN operations, network design, MPLS IP VPN Network, routing and switching, IP-Sec VPN Security, network access control, wireless networking, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory on Windows platform.

· Knowledge of GIS tools, software and services. This includes understanding of 2D and 3D layers within GIS software.

· Strong understanding of business intelligent applications. Knowledge of Kibana and Elastic search will be preferred.

· Excellent in troubleshooting the system components and preparing technical reports.

· Excellent knowledge of maintenance, implementation, design, and management of heterogeneous network infrastructure.

· Excellent knowledge of systems integration by understanding the systems architectures, SDK, APIs, and other interoperable techniques.

· Any certification within related technologies will be preferred.
