We're looking to hire a Product Manager with experience in iGaming/Gambling to join our team in Cyprus and contribute to our products.
ā Responsibilities:
āļø Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
āļø Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
āļø Define the product strategy and roadmap
āļø Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to the teams
āļø Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
āļø Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources
āļø Drive product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members
ā Requirements:
āļø Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in iGaming/Gambling industry
āļø Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
āļø Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
āļø Data analytics skills
āļø Market and competitive analysis
āļø Strong problem-solving skills
āļø Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
ā Nice to have:
āļø Good understanding of online Casino operation
āļø Understanding of responsible gambling (MGA, SGA, DGA etc.)
