Job Description:

We are currently seeking a creative and experienced Marketing and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually engaging content such as brochures, banners, and social media posts, while also writing compelling copy to accompany these visuals. Additionally, the role will involve developing and executing monthly content calendars across various platforms to align with our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing digital and print materials including brochures, banners, and advertisements.
• Develop engaging content for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and image.
• Write persuasive and targeted copy to accompany visual content across platforms.
• Design and manage monthly content calendars, collaborating with the marketing team for alignment with campaigns.
• Plan, draft, and schedule content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor social media trends, engagement data, and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials align with company objectives.
• Assist with marketing campaign ideation and provide input on creative concepts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience managing social media platforms and planning content calendars.
• Strong understanding of brand development and visual communication principles.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and creative flair.
