As part of our remote team, you’ll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, copywriters, and developers to build scalable design systems and deliver exceptional results.

We are seeking a talented UI & Web Designer to support our design team, who brings creative ideas to the table while also having a solid understanding of web development standards. You will work primarily within Figma, leveraging design systems, components, and responsive layouts to craft visually compelling user interfaces that are both functional and technically feasible, ensuring they are optimized for seamless development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles and be familiar with front-end technologies like Bootstrap or other frameworks. You will collaborate closely with both design and development teams to ensure your work translates effortlessly from design to implementation, while also having the opportunity to grow your skills in Webflow.

• UI Design: Collaborate with our design and development teams to create clean, functional, and responsive user interfaces using Figma, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly. A strong understanding of UX principles is beneficial but not required.
• Design Systems: Work within a structured design system framework, building reusable components, variables, and layouts to ensure design consistency across projects.
• Web Design: Ensure designs are optimized for web development, with a focus on scalability, responsive layouts, and technical implementation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of UI designs into code. Ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development timelines.
• Technical Design: Incorporate modern design techniques such as auto-layout, grid systems, and reusable components in Figma.
• Learning and Development: Grow into the role by expanding your knowledge of Webflow for web design and development tasks.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI and web design, preferably within a digital agency or a similar environment.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, with experience in design systems, Figma components & libraries, autolayout, and responsive design. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus.
• Technical and Creative Mindset: Ability to design with technical constraints in mind, ensuring that designs are scalable, responsive, and easy to develop, while fostering creativity.
• Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environment.
• Bonus Skills: Basic knowledge of Webflow or willingness to learn Webflow for web design and development tasks.

• Competitive Salary: 15,000 to 22,000 MXN per month, with the potential for up to a 40% increase in the first year based on performance. After the first year, there is an opportunity for up to a 10% annual increase, also based on performance.
