Web Designer in COLOMBIA

We are looking for a Web Designer to improve the usability of our websites. The designer will collaborate closely with our team to enhance the user experience and ensure that our digital platforms are intuitive and user-friendly. This role will help make our sites more accessible, attractive, and functional for users, ultimately driving better engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Improve the usability of websites to ensure that users can navigate and interact with our digital platforms with ease.
• Ensure digital platforms are intuitive and user-friendly, focusing on creating a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
• Make sites more accessible, attractive, and functional to ensure that all users can engage with the platforms effectively.
• Drive better user engagement and satisfaction by implementing design improvements that resonate with user needs and preferences.
• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to integrate the latest advancements and continuously improve the overall user experience.
• Collaborate closely with our team to enhance the user experience across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• UX/UI Principles: Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail in design.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English (C1 - C2 level) with strong verbal and written skills.
