About The Position
As a Lead Game Developer, you'll be instrumental in updating our existing games and developing new ones on the Roblox Platform primary but also other platforms. Working in small teams, you'll have creative freedom to influence the player experience and work on all aspects of the game, from UI to server code.
Responsibilities
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing Roblox games using Roblox Studio
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and optimize existing ones
- Ensure the game's design and functionality meet our business goals and technical requirements
- Continuously improve the development process and share knowledge with the team
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Roblox game development
Who You Are
- Experienced in programming with C-family languages (Unity Engine/Unreal Engine) and/or LUA (Roblox Studio)
- Experienced with multiplayer games and to optimize server client communication
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Passionate about games
- A bonus if you have other software engineering background too
- A bonus if you are experience with: Databases, JavaScript, TypeScript, React and Tech-/Team-lead experience
