About the Role

We are looking for a highly versatile, forward-thinking Full-Stack AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and robust workflow automations.

This role is tailored for a true Tech Freak, someone with a deep, genuine passion for cutting-edge technology and a track record of being an exceptional self-learner. You won't just follow a set playbook; you will be expected to dive into brand-new platforms, frameworks, and APIs, rapidly master them, and seamlessly integrate them into our ecosystem. If you are naturally curious, love experimenting with the latest tech, and can figure out how to build almost anything from scratch, this is the perfect challenge for you.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: Design, build, and optimize autonomous AI agents leveraging advanced LLMs (such as Claude/Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).
• Workflow Automation: Architect and implement complex integration pipelines using tools like n8n, Make, Workato, or custom code.
• Full-Stack Delivery: Develop clean, maintainable code across the stack (Frontend and Backend) to support AI-driven features and client-facing tools.
• API Integration: Connect and synchronize various data sources, platforms, and third-party APIs seamlessly.
• Rapid Tech Adaptation: Continuously research, test, and adopt emerging AI tools and automation frameworks to keep our infrastructure ahead of the curve.
• Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work independently to translate complex business requirements into elegant, high-performing automated workflows.

Requirements & Technical Skills

• Passionate Tech Enthusiast: A strong, demonstrable passion for technology and artificial intelligence (a "hobbyist turns professional" mindset is highly valued).
• Exceptional Self-Learner: Proven ability to navigate unfamiliar documentation, learn new frameworks or coding languages entirely on your own, and start building with them immediately.

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in software development, with a strong emphasis on full-stack web applications and systems integration.
• AI & LLM Expertise: Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and integrating AI frameworks/APIs (e.g., Anthropic, Google Cloud).
• Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with modern integration platforms (specifically n8n, Make, or Workato).
• Development Stack: Strong proficiency in modern backend languages (Node.js, Python, etc.) and frontend frameworks.
• Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Time Zone: Must be located in Europe and able to align with Central/Eastern European working hours.
