We are looking for experienced Software Developers to join the one of the world’s fastest growing Low Latency FinTech firms. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of blockchain and financial technology.


Collaborate on new architectures and subsystems, working alongside the CTO, team of engineers, and community of open source developers. Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on edge case analysis and future-proofing work.


Collaborate with the team on code review and design, and contribute to best practices for all of engineering. Investigate and refactor performance bottlenecks in order to continue scaling the system.


  • Salary - €150k-€250k
  • Total Package - €250k-€350k
  • Fully Remote

In this role, you will:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and extensible technologies that empower our developers and network participants.
  • Design and implement blockchain communication layer, data storage layer and API layer of web applications.
  • Build reusable libraries for internal use and open source.
  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps)
  • Implement and manage smart contracts that ensure price stability
  • Develop tools, APIs and SDKs
  • Optimize blockchain transaction speeds, minimize gas fees, and improve the user experience.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers.


Experience and Skills required:

  • 1st class (or equivalent) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years as a Software Engineer / Developer
  • Proficiency in programming languages Solidity or Rust.
