We are now looking for a radical Product Manager to drive the next evolution of our product and make a real impact. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing our product strategy, ensuring our offerings align with user needs, market opportunities, and business growth. What You’ll Be Working On

As our Product Manager, you’ll be leading the charge in driving user engagement and making our product even more valuable. You’ll work directly with the CEO to shape and execute the product vision, while also collaborating with a cross-functional team to build and iterate our AI-powered digital adviser.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision & Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and CTO to expand our product offering in line with our mission to democratise financial advice.

2. Roadmap & Prioritisation: Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business objectives. Prioritise key features to meet strategic goals and deliver them on time and within budget.

3. User-Centered Design: Lead comprehensive user research to deeply understand customer pain points and preferences. Use these insights to guide product improvements that deliver true value.

4. Product Development: Define clear and detailed product requirements, collaborating with design and engineering to ensure every feature delights users and drives business outcomes.

5. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with teams across design, engineering, marketing, and legal to ensure a seamless product development process that delivers on our mission.

6. Launch & Iteration: Lead product launches and post-launch iterations, continually improving the product based on data, user feedback, and market trends.

7. Innovation & Market Insight: Stay ahead of the market by identifying opportunities for product innovation and bringing new technologies into the fold.

8. Data-Driven Decisions: Track product performance metrics like user adoption, retention, and engagement to drive continuous improvement.

9. Impact: Focus on how our product can meaningfully improve users’ finances—whether it’s helping them save, manage debt, or make smarter investments.

🔑 Key Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in digital product management, preferably within fintech or financial services.

- A track record of driving high-impact digital products from concept through to launch.

- Deep understanding of user-centric design and the ability to lead user research initiatives.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, actionable insights.

- Ability to work across multiple teams and lead cross-functional collaboration.

- Analytical mindset, able to use data to make informed product decisions.

- Experience in mentoring or managing others is a plus!
