We are seeking a motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help our customers achieve their travel goals with Accomy.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to connect with commercial and enterprise clients, fostering their growth through strategic collaborations. Your primary focus will be on identifying and closing opportunities in Taiwan. With your strong consultative selling approach, you will manage a mix of inbound and self-generated leads while working closely with internal teams to meet our collective objectives.
Daily Responsibilities:
Each day in this role will present unique challenges and opportunities. You will engage with larger commercial accounts (500-2000 FTE), building lasting relationships and identifying new growth avenues. Your efforts will contribute to Accomy’s expansion and solidify our position as an industry leader.
Your daily activities will include:
· Articulating the benefits of Accomy’s solutions to enterprise clients.
· Guiding prospects through the purchasing process, helping them understand how our platform can support their corporate travel needs and growth.
· Cultivating a pipeline of self-sourced and inbound leads to establish and nurture connections with potential clients.
· Conducting regular check-ins with customers to strengthen long-term relationships.
· Developing targeted go-to-market strategies based on territory analysis and account identification.
· Balancing short-term results with long-term revenue strategies.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 5 years in strategic and commercial leadership roles within the OTA, travel, or hospitality industries.
· At least 3 years of direct sales experience within the Commercial/Enterprise space, ideally in the SaaS sector focused on Taiwan.
· Proven expertise in navigating complex sales cycles with C-level executives.
· Strong analytical abilities to discern trends and leverage data
· Outstanding consultative selling and closing capabilities, demonstrating a consistent record of success.
· A self-driven individual who excels in a dynamic sales environment and is motivated to exceed targets.
· A growth-oriented mindset, with a commitment to personal and professional development.
· Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools is preferred.
· Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must. Additional fluency in other languages in a plus.
