Cloud Security Engineer (AWS) in HUNGARY

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Security Engineer specializing in AWS to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will ensure the security and resilience of our cloud-based infrastructure, playing a vital role in safeguarding our business operations from potential security threats. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about cloud security, particularly within the AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement resilient cloud infrastructures.
• Secure databases, systems, and networks, including designing robust security solutions.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and manage security incidents.
• Create detailed security reports for key stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce data access regulations.
• Configure and optimize security monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, EFK).
• Conduct security assessments within AWS, identifying and mitigating potential threats to ensure a secure cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the DevOps field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Information Security with a strong focus on Cloud Security.
• Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and key AWS services (e.g., IAM, Organizations, S3, EC2, VPC, RDS, CloudTrail, WAF, etc.).
• Proven background in building and deploying applications to the cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.) using Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong English language skills (Upper-Intermediate level or above).
