Role Overview:

We are in search of a creative Web Designer to craft innovative website templates in Figma. This role is ideal for designers who appreciate the challenge of creating designs that cater to a diverse user base.

Core Responsibilities:

• Designing engaging and functional website templates in Figma.
• Designing thumbnails and promotional assets for those templates.
• Ensuring templates cater to a wide audience, with a focus on versatility and usability.
• Collaborating with the team to align designs with implementation standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A web designer. If you specialize in designing mobile or web apps, you might not be a good fit.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in website design.
• Excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and ownership of your work.
• A creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative and original designs.
• Familiarity with Figma; no Webflow experience necessary.

Location: Fully remote. Async hours.

Employment Duration: 1 month engagement, with potential to transition to 3-6 months and full-time based on performance evaluation.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is from $400 to $500 per month, depending on experience and skills.
