What you will be doing:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless ServiceNow integration
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions on ServiceNow
• Offer technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders
• Stay updated on ServiceNow products, processes, and features
• Design user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experience
• Create reports, gauges, and dashboards in ServiceNow
• Participate in sprint reviews to clarify end-user stories

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or IT Assent Management
• Knowledge of data exchange technologies and understanding of IT solutions architecture
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or equivalent experience
• Experience implementing and/or managing the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform
