Senior Technical Writer

💎We’re searching for an experienced Technical writer to join our team and help take our data interchange to a new level.

💎As an ideal candidate, you must have a proven track record in a technical field of software development.

💎Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is essential, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are, well, difficult to understand.

❗️The position involves relocation to Cyprus and working in the office. No remote❗️

✅ Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation in English for our products.
• Organize documentation within our wiki to allow users to ensure users can efficiently locate specific information and related content.
• Possess a keen eye for detail, excel in managing multiple projects, and meet tights deadlines.
• Interpret complex subjects and highly technical information.
• Collaborate with various teams to produce the most thorough, precise, up-to-date, and user-friendly technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document SDK and API information, and adeptly employ Swagger tool.
• Create visual aids such as diagrams and schematics to enhance the comprehension of technical processes.
• Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, and while paying meticulous attention to details.

✅ What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience as a Technical writer or in a similar role is prerequisite.
• Experience using Atlassian Confluence and Jira software or other documentation publishing tools.
• Proficiency at an advanced level in English is essential.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or an equivalent field from accredited institution would be advantageous.
• A portfolio showcasing examples of your documentation work.
